CABX LLC is a private chauffeured transportation service built on integrity, fair driver compensation, and a premium rider experience — based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Book online, pay securely, ride comfortably.

Round trips double the base fare. Stops $5 each (up to 5 min) unless otherwise noted. Use the booking estimator to calculate your exact total.

Our most affordable option — a $15 flat rate for very short trips of 0–2 miles.

1st Class riders include a $25 food voucher at booking, shared among all passengers (up to 3)h.

Voucher Rules

  • Must be requested once you recieve a booking confirmation text/calender booking
  • Minimum 24-hour notice required so the driver can purchase items in advance
  • Shared among all passengers — one use per ride
  • Cannot be saved, transferred, or applied to a future ride

Food & Drink Guidelines

  • Items must not be messy, spill-prone, or have strong/unpleasant odors
  • Riders are responsible for cleaning up after themselves
  • Spills may result in an $100 cleaning fee
  • All trash must be properly disposed of by the rider before exiting

Driver Discretion

  • Drivers may decline to allow food in their vehicle
  • The driver must agree to participate before the voucher is confirmed
  • The voucher is not guaranteed — subject to driver approval

$300 per hour ($5.00/min) — your personal chauffeur with full flexibility, unlimited range, and no restrictions.

$5 per stop (up to 5 minutes each) applies to most tiers. Free stops are included with 1st Class and Private Driver.

  • 1st Class: first 2 stops free, then $5 each
  • Private Driver: first 3 stops free, then $5 each

No. Tips are not included in any rate but are greatly appreciated for exceptional service.

Booking & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Here's how it works:

  1. Go to the Book page — select your tier, add-ons, enter your info and pick a date & time
  2. Review your order summary on Step 4 (Confirm) — check tier, addresses, date, time, and total
  3. Check the box accepting the CABX Booking & Refund Policy — the Pay button activates once checked
  4. Click "Pay & Submit Booking (Stripe Secure)" — Stripe opens in a new tab, enter your card details (CABX never sees your card number)
  5. Enter the exact total from your estimator — mismatched amounts may result in cancellation with no refund
  6. Your booking is submitted and a receipt is emailed to you automatically

  • Rides scheduled between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM must be booked at least 6 hours in advance before midnight on the previous day to guarantee availability.
  • Ride requests submitted without sufficient notice may still be reviewed, but availability is not guaranteed.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking. If you would like to confirm driver availability before paying, please contact CABX first.
  • All bookings are final once payment has been submitted. CABX does not offer refunds. If you have questions or are unsure about your reservation, please contact us before completing payment.
  • After confirming availability with CABX, you may complete your payment using our secure Stripe payment link: Complete Payment.

All payments are final. CABX does not issue refunds except in one circumstance — if we are unable to provide your ride due to driver unavailability on our end.

The only situation where a refund is issued:

  • CABX cannot fulfill your booking due to driver unavailability

No refunds are issued for:

  • Customer no-shows or late arrivals
  • Traffic delays, weather, or road conditions
  • Rider-initiated cancellations for any reason
  • Mismatched payment amounts — always enter the exact total from your estimator
  • Bookings cancelled after a driver has been dispatched

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days depending on your bank. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

If you believe you are owed a refund, contact us at contact@cabxllc.io before submitting a dispute.

All rides include a 5-minute pickup window starting when your driver arrives at the confirmed location. If you haven't boarded within 5 minutes, the driver may depart at their discretion and the fare is forfeited with no refund.

Be ready and visible before your driver arrives. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension from CABX services.

Lost & Forgotten Items

CABX is not responsible for returning lost or forgotten property. Due to scheduled ride commitments, drivers are unable to return to previous locations or hold items between trips.

Depending on the item, property left in a CABX vehicle may be turned over to the local police department. Always do a final check before your driver departs.

Vehicles & Amenities

Vehicles are cleaned at least twice daily. A strict cleanliness standard is maintained on every trip.
Up to 3 passengers per trip. Expanded fleet options are planned for the future.
Yes. iPhone and USB-C chargers are available on every trip.

Pet & Service Animal Policy

Yes. Service dogs are always welcome at no additional cost, on all tiers.
A pet fee applies per trip for non-service animals. Add this at booking.

An $100 cleaning fee may be charged on any ride, across all tiers, at the driver's discretion. This includes:

  • Pet-related mess or excessive shedding
  • Bodily fluids of any kind
  • Excessive odors requiring deodorization
  • Food or beverage spills requiring deep cleaning
  • Items left behind requiring additional cleanup

Health & Safety

If you feel ill — cough, cold, or any symptoms — you must wear a mask inside all CABX vehicles to protect drivers and other passengers. Non-compliance may result in immediate trip cancellation with no refund. Safety is non-negotiable at CABX.

All passengers must wear seatbelts for the duration of every trip — required by Michigan law. Children must be in a proper age- and weight-appropriate restraint. CABX cannot provide child seats; parents and guardians are responsible for bringing their own.

Toll Packages

Yes. A toll package is required for any destination outside of Michigan. Select the appropriate package at booking.

  • Single-State Toll Package — $25: Travel to one bordering state (e.g., Michigan to Indiana or Ohio)
  • State-to-State Toll Package — $50: Travel through multiple states (e.g., Michigan to Illinois)
  • Multi-State Toll Package — $100: Extended multi-state travel

Rider Requirements

Yes. Riders must be 18 years or older to book a CABX service. Underage bookings may be refused without a refund if a minor does not have adult present at time of pickup.

Underage riders must be secured in the proper child restraint system as required by federal law in their country of travel. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to supply and install appropriate safety equipment before the ride begins. CABX reserves the right to refuse service if required safety equipment is not present.

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all riders and drivers, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Smoking
  • Vaping
  • Open alcohol containers
  • Disruptive or aggressive behavior

Violations may result in immediate trip cancellation with no refund, or a permanent ban from CABX services.

Riders are responsible for any damage caused to CABX vehicles during their trip. Repair costs may be charged to the rider at CABX's discretion.

Yes. The minimum trip distance for CABX services is 2 miles (except Quick Ride, which covers 0–2 miles at a flat rate). All bookings are subject to driver availability.

Booking Changes & Cancellations

Changes may be requested through CABX and are subject to approval. Please note that pricing may change if trip details are modified after your initial booking.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to CABX at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. All cancellations are non-refundable — please review the refund policy before booking. CABX reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or permanently ban riders for fraud, policy violations, abusive behavior, repeated no-shows, or safety concerns.
